We took a drive to Fairview Wine & Cheese on Sunday and I realized several things. I want to live here, like build a little house next to the goat shed - and I really want to live in Paarl. It's so pretty out there, you won't believe. I mean, I love being close to town, but man. Someone offer me a job in Paarl right now, please.
We tasted wine (it is twenty-five rands to sample six wines and about I think twelve cheeses) and bought wine - thanks Granny Annie - and had the most spectacular lunch at the Goat Shed. If you go, please do book at the restaurant. It gets very packed. Also, be a clever like me and take carrots for the goats. They were well chuffed with our efforts. Also pack a blanket and a ball for the kids, as there's a beautiful little field in front that the whole family can frolic in.
I got a few beautiful photos of the boys. Aren't they just the most handsome looking things that you've ever seen in your life? I'm so blessed to have such good souls. Life is pretty darn wonderful right now. Thanks to the sun for shining so warmly on Sunday. Roll on Spring!
