On Sunday we went to my mom's house in Betty's Bay. She'd told us about a great little thrift shop in Kleinmond and we had to go explore. We came back with the most beautiful things - A radiogram / sideboard that works! And light fittings, hand-crocheted throws, a typewriter, peter rabbit tins, a sewing machine, prints, an old foozeball game for the boys, an old black and white tv and loads of other goodies. We even came home with two crayfish guys!
Then we went down to the beach and played and hung out with my mom, Lester and Paul for the afternoon. As soon as we got home we put all the new little treasures in our home. It's looking SO nice in our nest right now. Such a special day with family and great finds. How beautiful are these photos?
