Sardines on a stick and other adventures.

It was Graeme's birthday on Saturday, so we had a super busy weekend. I bought all the ingredients to make red velvet cupcakes, but didn't even get around to that. On Sunday a few of us took the train to Kalk Bay, all along the coast and had lunch and drinks at Cape to Cuba, one of our favorite beachfront restaurants. It was super fun, Rod ordered a 'sardine on a stick' and the rest of us feasted on chilli poppers, calamari and nachos. There was magic tricks, good food, cocktails and good times. We grabbed ice cream for the trip back and walked from the station to our house as we got home. 

I LOVE taking the train. It's twenty two rands per person for a return (about 40 minute) trip. I love living close to the Obs station. I love our friends. And birthdays. And good times. Thank so much to everyone for coming through.

Does anyone know this trick where you put your hand over a glass and the other person needs to guess which glass it was?
