It was my birthday yesterday - Sunday 5 August - and I can sincerely say that it was *the* best birthday that I've ever had. Really. I got spoiled something silly by my wonderful family and friends. I will be posting about my birthday all week. I got the best presents, had such a relaxing and fun day.
Thank you to Graeme, Anne, Vanessa, Nikki, Nic, Susana, Dean, Caroline, Nick, Claire, Janine, Brad, Renee and Elaine for making it such a very special and memorable day. I didn't get a lot of photos at the party, but it was very special and I will remember it for keeps.
(My friend Vanessa lives in Joburg and she sent this big Gorilla with balloons and bananas to come sing me a song, at Polana, in front of everyone! I was so frightened, I actually ran around the table and I was crying - laughing the whole time. So overwhelmed, you won't believe!)
