Man. This month Raising Men is featured in the September issue of Your Baby magazine. We got two pages with loads of pictures and my blog link, which is obviously like... *shrugs* AMAZING. This is a big deal for me. I always hoped to be in magazines some day - as a writer. A journalist of sorts. Maybe a columnist. A food critic. A 'something'. Now I write on this blog - and this blog is in a magazine, and that makes me want to bunny-hop all around town. Wouldn't you? I totally phoned my dad.
I loved that they described Raising Men as "Two sons, a husband and lots of pictures, but it's not all motherhood and men on this blog". I can't wait to show Noah his picture in a magazine, I wonder what he'll think of it? I hope it will make him feel special. Bunny wouldn't really understand right now.
I don't think that I will ever just 'be cool' about this sort of thing. Thank you Your Baby for the opportunity and well -for the thumbs up in general. Someone throw confetti at me. Right now.
